How much is shipping and what is the lead time?

  • Standard Shipping w/ Signature: $11.95....(3-7 Business Days)
  • Overnight/Next Day: $25 ....(1 Business Day)
  • Expedited: $20 ....(2-3 Business Days)
  • International: $25 ....(Delivery time varies with location)

Do you provide International delivery?

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25. Option is available at checkout. Renee's Armoire is not responsible for any duties and fees that may apply to any international orders.


How do I exchange an item?

COVID-19 Policy!

Exchanges are temporarily suspended and refunds are not issued due to COVID-19. 
 Errors when inputting the address or card information is not at the fault of Renee's Armoire 
No credits will be given for lost packages. Please verify ship to address.

What is your return policy?

- All sales are FINAL unless item is defective. Pop up shop items are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

- Exchanges can be submitted within 3 days of receipt, within reason. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits, and swimsuits. Approval is needed before shipping back.

- WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. We will gladly issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file, if accepted by management. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. Please remember the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, if approved by management.


How do I cancel an order?

- We are not able to adjust/modify an order after the order has been placed.

How do I track my order?

- Once your order is shipped, a confirmation will be sent to the email address, provided at checkout with the tracking number. You will be able to track your package via email link or "Where is my order?" in QUICK LINKS at the bottom of any page on this site.

Please verify all information before completing your order. 

How can I contact your couriers?

- Couriers will include USPS, etc. This courier has a direct customer service line available on their website, if needed.

Once your item(s) ship from Renee's Armoire we are not responsible for your package. Required signature packages can be requested at checkout


There will be no shipping on any Holidays or weekends. Orders submitted on the weekend or after business hours will start processing the next business day.
